 Mindful
Recovery from Anxiety Group: 8 weeks
Do you suffer from worry, panic, perfectionism, irritability,
or obsessive thinking? This may be the supportive environment
you're looking for to provide some relief! This a group for
adults who are struggling with anxiety. We support each other,
learn how to better cope with our symptoms, and practice new
coping skills.
What: 8-week Mindfulness/education Group. Each week
we spend about half of the session learning and discussing,
and the other half practicing different mindfulness techniques
specific to calming the nervous system and coping with anxiety.
When: Wednesdays 12:00 - 2:00 pm
October 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
November 6th & 13th
Investment: Pay in Full $310 or 3 installments of
$110 or 8 installments $45. Discounted rates per week are
also available for individuals going through financial hardship.
Due to the type of group, it is not covered by insurance.

Facilitated by: This group is facilitated by Stacey
Garcelon, M.Ed. Stacey specializes in helping people build
resiliency and recover from emotional wounds. Stacey believes
in providing a client-centered holistic healing environment
in which people are empowered to discover and define their
own solutions. She is a current student of Yoga to Transform
Trauma and is exploring Somatic Experiencing practices. Through
her work and her own healing journey, Stacey found that the
approaches which integrated the physical, mental, energetic
and spiritual impacts of trauma/anxiety proved to be the most
effective and the most empowering. She sustains her own healing
journey by incorporating complementary healing arts modalities
into her daily life.
